Welcome to
Burgess Hill Bowls Club
A friendly lawn bowls club in the heart of West Sussex, founded in 1895.
About the Club
Burgess Hill Bowls Club has been at the heart of the local community since 1895, offering competitive and social lawn bowls for players of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or picking up a jack for the first time, you'll find a warm welcome here.
We play on a beautiful six-rink green at Westhill Drive, with a fully licensed bar and comfortable clubhouse. The outdoor season runs from April to September, with social events throughout the year.
With over 150 members, we field teams in the Mid Sussex Bowling League, the Border League, and the Nicholas Soames League — as well as hosting the Edward and Gladys Rowland Cup, one of Sussex's longest-running inter-club competitions.
Touring sides and visiting teams are always welcome — contact us to arrange a visit.
